To marks the 30th year of the first Nepali woman, Pasang Lhamu Sherpa, to climb Mt. Everest.

Her courage, determination and legacy continues to live on, and inspire many in Nepal and the
world.

We gathered today to celebrate her indomitable courage and exceptional journey. We also pay our tributes to those who have lost lives in the mountains.
